SWISS, the airline of Switzerland, is committed to quality and the delivery of consistent, high-grade products and services at all touchpoints. In view of it's smallness, it could better highlight personal services and customer intimacy. The renewed brand aesthetics reflects this with references to classic Swiss graphic design to create clarity and orderly structure, while the new campaign delivers messages in subtle, sophisticated yet direct headlines.
My work included art direction and partial creative direction, writing of complete brand aesthetics manual (with Michael Brauchli), creation of multi-channel campaign platform, awareness and sales campaigns, etc. With creative direction text by Patrick Suter and photography by Viviane Sassen, Maciek Pozoga and Markus Pritzi.
